These include insurance brokers, consultants, accountants, attorneys and other service providers companies who are key ingredients to our success. We are dedicated to enhancing your role as an advisor to your clients and have taken a few steps to make you feel more comfortable working with us.
Application Service Professionals are providers of administrative services to employers such as attorneys, insurance professionals, accountants, payroll providers, etc. FlexAmerica approved professionals who co-market FlexAmerica's services will receive discounts on plan documents as well as other incentives for promoting our products. A Preferred Broker can qualify for a discount on document charges depending on the size of the agency in addition to an enhanced commission schedule. Client Inquiry and Referral - All client inquiries to FlexAmerica regarding additional services offered by FlexAmerica will be credited to the consultant who referred the client to us. Inquiries for services not offered by FlexAmerica will be referred directly to the consultant on file. Your primary contact data, name and phone number, will be displayed on our web site when clients perform account inquiries. Confidentiality Agreement - All client records are confidential in nature. No data will be shared with any outside party without the prior written consent of the client. Non-Compete Agreement - FlexAmerica agrees not to compete with consultants on business line of your client referred to FlexAmerica by a consultant, insurance professional or other professional. This agreement extends to coverage in place with a consultant or potential services an employer may or may not be presently offer within the consultant's specialty. It is understood that FlexAmerica provides administrative and consulting services for clients which include, but are not limited to, plan design, 5500 preparation services, discrimination testing service, and communication services to clients. Commission Payments - Commissions may be paid semiannually for cafeteria plan services and direct dental services to agent originated cases to the agent of record according to our standard commission schedule.
