Flex Convenience Card® FlexAmerica supports the mbi Flex Convenience Card®. Employers can allow their employees to receive a limited use MasterCard®. The card is tied to the FlexAmerica claims system and will automatically debit the employee's heathcare or dependent care account. |

| Employers now have the capability to review all checks, direct deposit and debit card payments for their employees and a basic customized enrollment site for their employees. Participants now will have access to complete claim detail and check history. |

COBRA Administration FlexAmerica's automated COBRA administration system allows the employer to request COBRA Rights and COBRA Qualifying Event letters directly through the Internet or by downloading files from their HR system to FlexAmerica's COBRA processing system. Our paperless process helps decrease the employer's administrative cost by eliminating filling out forms and increases compliance with a one-day turn around time to issue letters. |
